Mercedes E-Class saloon in-depth review – Carbuyer

The Mercedes E-Class saloon is one of the world’s biggest-selling upmarket saloon cars, completing with the BMW 5 Series and Audi A6. In its latest generation, the E-Class is much like a scaled-down S-Class luxury car, such is the amount of technology and the luxurious feel it offers. Two engines are available – both diesel – and are quiet, powerful and efficient. The E-Class should certainly be on your list if you’re looking for a smart executive saloon car.

People who say "Oh, it's just like the c-class and the s-class", sound like this to me: "I've never sat inside any of these cars" If they'd have, they wouldn't say that

So it just depends on where you live in the world on whether or not the fuel filler door is on the convenient side or not. "The Best or Nothing". Nothing was Mercedes choice.

"Step up to AMG Line and you get SYNTHETIC LEATHER UPHOLSTRY". Lol. THAT'S FAKE LEATHER you dipshit. WHy the fuck would you spend so much for fake leather? Wow, Mercedes Benz is fucking pathetic.

E classes have always rode beautifully on their standard suspension set ups, whereas BMW make you pay extra these days for adaptive drive. I currently drive the F10 5 Series on standard SE suspension (couldn't find a car with adaptive drive) and the motorway ride is beyond fidgety and unsettled. The wife's Q3 in S Line Plus spec rides far better!

you won't find a very new e class as a taxi outside Germany. Germany only cause they get subsidised…. obviously. outside that e class is generally used as an executive or chauffeured car (usually within 3 years of age). virgin airlines uses it for their premier class shuttle. really great car and more premium than others in the class in terms of fittings, trim and finish.

Liked the review, but lol. Brought to you from the glamourous surrounds of an industrial estate near the exotic climes of Wolverhampton….
